This Privacy Policy explains how Dream Makers ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through the Raggint by Dream Makers website at https://raggint.dreammakers.tech (the "Site"), including the "Tell us about your project" contact form.
It does not cover data that clients process through Raggint as part of a project with Dream Makers. That is covered separately in Section 13.
The Site is operated by Martín Gainza, trading as Dream Makers ("we", "us"). For the personal information described in this policy, Martín Gainza decides how and why it is used (in EU/UK terms, he is the "controller").

Information you give us in the contact form (all fields are required):
Please don't include sensitive or confidential information in the free-text field. A sentence or two about your use case is enough.
If you email us at raggint@dreammakers.tech, we receive your email address, the content of your message and anything you attach.
Technical information. When you visit the Site, our hosting server processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the Site and protect it against abuse. When you submit the form, we also use your IP address temporarily, only in memory, to limit repeated requests and prevent spam. We don't store it with your submission.
The form includes a hidden field used to filter spam. It does not collect information about you.
We don't ask for your name, phone number, job title or payment information in the form.
No analytics and no cookies. The Site doesn't use analytics tools, cookies or similar tracking technologies. See Section 7.

We don't send you newsletters or marketing emails based on the form. We don't use your information for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you. We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
We don't send form data to OpenAI or use it to train AI models.
Form submissions are stored in our own database on a server provided by Hetzner in Helsinki, Finland (EU). The form doesn't send your submission by email or through any email-delivery service.
Emails you send to raggint@dreammakers.tech are received through Cloudflare's email routing service (see our Subprocessors page).
You can ask us to delete your information earlier (see Section 9).
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Site, and only as needed for that purpose. They act on our instructions. The current list, with purpose and location, is on our Subprocessors page.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or others' safety, or as part of a transfer of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
The Site doesn't use cookies, analytics tools or any similar technology that stores or reads information on your device. We don't track your visits.
Because we don't track visitors, browser signals such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track don't change how the Site works.
Form submissions are stored on servers in Helsinki, Finland (EU). We may access and process information from countries other than yours, and some service providers on our Subprocessors page operate internationally.
Where the law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on mechanisms permitted by that law, such as standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. We'll respond to requests from anyone, and we'll apply the specific rights your local law gives you.
EU, EEA and UK visitors: you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn't affect prior processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
US residents: residents of certain US states (for example, California) may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. We don't sell or share personal information for advertising. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent where your state's law allows it.
Other countries: you may have similar rights under local law.
How to exercise them: email raggint@dreammakers.tech with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity, usually by confirming the email address you used in the form. We'll respond within the time required by the law that applies to you. If we decline a request, we'll explain why and, where your law provides for it, how to appeal.
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, give additional notice on the Site.
This section is for clients and companies evaluating a project with Dream Makers. It is informational only.
Raggint is a component that Dream Makers integrates into client products as part of a project. The documents and other content processed through Raggint in a client project (which may include personal information of the client's own users or customers) are processed on the client's behalf. For that data, Dream Makers acts as a processor (or "service provider"), and the project agreement (MSA/SOW) and data processing agreement (DPA) signed with Dream Makers govern how it is handled. This Privacy Policy does not apply to that data.
Retention and deletion of that data are governed by each client's contract. Unless the contract provides otherwise, it is not deleted automatically.
The service providers used to run Raggint are listed on our Subprocessors page. If you are an end user of one of our clients, please contact that client about your personal information. Our agreement with the client sets out how we support those requests.
