Martín Gainza, trading as Dream Makers ("we"), uses the third-party service providers below to run the Raggint by Dream Makers website and the Raggint product. This page lists who they are, what they do, what data they handle and where.

Website

These providers are involved in running https://raggint.dreammakers.tech and its contact form, where Martín Gainza, trading as Dream Makers, acts as controller. See our Privacy Policy.

Raggint product (under client contracts)

These providers process content that clients process through Raggint as part of a project with Dream Makers, where Dream Makers acts as processor under the project agreement (MSA/SOW) and DPA.

Notes:

• Raggint does not keep the original uploaded file. It stores the extracted text, the passages it's split into and their embeddings.
• Hosting in Finland does not mean all processing stays in the EU: passages and questions are sent to OpenAI in the United States to create embeddings and generate answers.
• We call the OpenAI API with response storage turned off. OpenAI may retain API data for a limited period for abuse monitoring, as described in its API data usage policy.
• Retention and deletion of client data are governed by each client's contract. Unless the contract provides otherwise, client data is not deleted automatically. Clients can delete individual documents through the API at any time.

Changes to this list

When this list changes, we update this page and the date above. Clients with a signed DPA are notified as set out in their DPA.
