These terms apply to your use of the Raggint by Dream Makers website at https://raggint.dreammakers.tech (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site is operated by Martín Gainza, trading as Dream Makers ("we", "us"). Contact: raggint@dreammakers.tech.
The Site describes Raggint, a component that Dream Makers integrates into client products as part of a project, and lets you contact us about a project. It does not give you access to Raggint or to the Raggint API. Raggint is provided only as part of a project under a separate written agreement signed with Dream Makers (a project agreement, such as an MSA and SOW, and a DPA). That agreement, not these terms, governs any use of Raggint.
Information on the Site, including features, limits, "not yet" items and milestones, is provided for general information and may change. It is not an offer and not a binding description of any service.
Contacting us through the form or by email doesn't create any obligation for you or for us. We may decide not to take on a project at our discretion. Pricing is quoted per project, and any quote, scope or timeline is binding only once it is set out in a signed agreement.
When using the Site, you agree not to:
The Site and its content (text, design, graphics, code examples and other materials) belong to Dream Makers or its licensors. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may copy the code snippets shown on the Site to evaluate Raggint. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
"Raggint by Dream Makers", "Dream Makers" and related logos are names used by Dream Makers. No ® or ™ registration is claimed for "Raggint". Other names and marks mentioned on the Site (for example, OpenAI, Hetzner, Cloudflare, PostgreSQL) belong to their respective owners, and their mention doesn't imply endorsement.
Examples on the Site, including sample documents, questions, API requests and responses, are illustrative. Answers shown as generated by Raggint are examples produced by an AI model. Real results depend on your documents and questions, and AI-generated answers can be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on Site examples as a statement of how Raggint will perform for you.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Site, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, documentation of providers we use). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under laws that apply to you and that can't be waived by agreement, including mandatory consumer protection laws.
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
